Due to the nature of our product, water packed within a completely aseptic (bacteria free) filling process, we are unable to accept returns in case of product tampering.
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, so please inspect your goods when received and notify us promptly (within 48 hours of receipt) either by phoning our office or by using the ‘contact us’ option on the website, if all is not as it should be.
Photographs of any damage may be required, where after we will promptly arrange for despatch of replacement goods.
In the rare case that you do not receive your order, please let us know within 30 days of ordering.
